The Turnpike East Spur spans a railroad yard south ahead of the Vince Lombardi Service Area. Located between both branches of Interstate 95, the area also serves the Turnpike West Spur.

The Vince Lombardi Service Area is named after the famed head coach of the Green Bay Packers NFL team that won the first two Super Bowls. Lombardi spent part of his life working in New Jersey and was buried in Middletown.
