Interstate 235
With work starting in 2016, the Off Broadway construction project upgraded the cloverleaf interchange joining the north end of IH 235 and U.S. 77 (Broadway Extension) with IH 44/SH 66 into a half turbine interchange. - 10/04/2021
Entirely overlapped with U.S. 77, Interstate 235 follows the Centennial Expressway between Bricktown and the Oklahoma City (OKC) Adventure District in central OKC. Measuring 5.38 miles in length, the urban freeway runs north from the west split of IH 35/40 by Bricktown past Downtown OKC to IH 44/U.S. 66. U.S. 77 continues the freeway north along the Broadway Extension to Edmond. The last section of the Centennial Expressway, from IH 35/40 north to NE 13th Street, was completed in March 1989.
