Located wholly within St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana Highway 59 provides an alternate route north from U.S. 190 in Mandeville. Measuring 11.8 miles, LA 59 connects with Interstate 12 at Exit 65 and extends north to the town of Abita Springs and LA 21 northeast of Covington.
