Highway 3132 - Inner Loop Expressway

Louisiana Highway 3132

Measuring 10.27 miles in length, Louisiana Highway 3132 follows the Inner Loop Expressway from LA 523 (Fournoy Lucas Road) in south Shreveport to the exchange joining I-20, I-49 and I-220 in west Shreveport. The freeway runs just west of Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV) and east from the four level interchange with Interstate 49 to LA 523 near the unincorporated community of Forbing. Roadway stubs at the east end of LA 3132 remain from unrealized plans to extend the route east across the Red River.

A planned toll bridge will link the east end of LA 3132 with Arthur Ray Teague Parkway and Sligo Road to U.S. 71 in Bossier Parish. Estimated to cost $100 million, construction on the privately funded toll bridge is planned for 2023. Proposed tolls are $2 per vehicle, with tolls collected over a 15 year period before the parishes take over maintenance.1

LA 3132 was named the Terry Bradshaw Passway by Act. No. 712 in the Louisiana State House and Senate in July 2003. Honoring the NFL Hall of Fame quarterback and Shreveport native, the section of Inner Loop Expressway named for Bradshaw extends southeast from I-20/220 to Interstate 49.2
