Nevada State Route 147 is designated along part of Lake Mead Boulevard, which connects Interstate 15 in the city of North Las Vegas with Lake Mead National Recreation Area. State maintenance on Lake Mead Boulevard extends 11.82 miles east from Pecos Road across unincorporated Sunrise Manor to the park boundary. The remainder of the urban boulevard in North Las Vegas is locally maintained outside 0.393 miles between Losee Road and Yale Street through the parclo interchange with I-15.
Prior to 2022, SR 147 followed Lake Mead Boulevard for 14.31 miles, from Losee Road east to the North Boundary of Lake Mead National Recreation Area. There are no route markers for SR 147 posted along Lake Mead Boulevard as of October 2025.
