Sybelia Parkway wraps around the east side of the Maitland Estate mixed-use apartment development to intersect U.S. 17-92 across from Sybelia Avenue west to Maitland Avenue (CR 427) and Hill Recreation Center. Constructed in 2017-18, Maitland Estates is a 300-unit, six story complex with 45,000 square feet of retail space.2 03/31/18

SR 414 (Maitland Boulevard) ends at U.S. 17/92 (Orlando Avenue) at the Seminole County line. A modified trumpet interchange joins the two arterials, with Greenwood Road / Mayo Avenue connecting SR 414 east with Orlando Avenue south alongside an elevated multi use trail. 09/03/17
SR 414 ventures west 15.9 miles along a combination of Maitland Boulevard to U.S. 441 (OBT) and the tolled John Land Apopka Expressway to Wekiva Parkway (SR 429). The state road starts out as an arterial leading west through Matiland to I-4. I-4 Ultimate upgrades west from there converted the surface route into an expressway to SR 434. 09/03/17
