Sign replacements at U.S. 98 replaced Vero Beach with Lake Wales for SR 60. SR 60 overlaps with U.S. 98 west for 0.61 miles to Broadway Avenue north of Downtown. East from U.S. 98, SR 60 shifts south to pass under U.S. 17.
