U.S. 24 Business - Manitou Springs
U.S. 24 Business loops south from the U.S. 24 expressway through Manitou Springs to the city center. The 4.323 mile route (Route 024E) follows Manitou Avenue east from a wye interchange with U.S. 24, south of Waldo Canyon, to a parclo B4 interchange by U.S. 24 milepost 299.
East
Traveling through Downtown Manitou Springs along U.S. 24 Business east of Ruxton Avenue. This reassurance marker was not replaced during a street scaping project. A road diet along Manitou Avenue reduced the street to two lanes with a decorative center turn lane.

Advancing to Deer Path Avenue on U.S. 24 Business (Manitou Avenue) east. The four lane roadway here was reduced to two through lanes, with landscape improvements made along the north side.

U.S. 24 shield assembly posted after Old Mans Trail along Manitou Avenue eastbound. This stretch of road was also restriped to a three lane boulevard with center turn lane.

Westbound U.S. 24 Business (Manitou Avenue) in Downtown Manitou Springs at Otoe Place. The former four lane arterial was redesigned into a three-lane boulevard by 2008.
