SR 74 is an urban route that extends 5.06 miles from U.S. 89 in American Fork to the Canyon Crest Road traffic circle in Alpine. Following 100 East through American Fork, SR 74 enters the city of Highland along 5300 West. North from SR 92, 5300 West becomes South Main Street across the Alpine city line.
