Former State Route 212

Utah State Route 212

SR 212 was a 1.289 mile long urban route in the city of Washington. The state route lined Telegraph Street (old U.S. 91) east from Green Springs Drive to 300 West. The west end was located at the SPUI (Exit 10) joining Green Springs Drive with Interstate 15.

State Route 212 was established on May 13, 1941 from Route 1 (U.S. 91) in Washington south to Route 64 via Washington Fields. The route was extended along the old alignment of Route 1 (U.S. 91) west to the Washington Interchange along Interstate 15 in 1964. The 1969 Legislature withdrew 7.194 miles of SR 212 from SR 64 easterly to Washington.

SR 212 remained unchanged until 1992, when it was slightly extended east along Telegraph Street (old U.S. 91), from 200 East to 300 East in Washington. The 2012 Legislation removed SR 212 from the state system.
