- Interstate 26 – added five photos at the west end from 03/27/21.
- Interstate 55 – updated the north end with 11 photos from 01/18/21.
- Interstate 81 – updated the south end with four photos from 03/28/21.
- Interstate 84 (Eastern) – updated the west end with five photos from 06/14/21. Added completion dates for I-84 in both New York and Pennsylvania.
- Interstate 264 Virginia – added a photo covering the east end from 06/06/21.
- Interstate 369 Kentucky – added two photos of the future west end from 03/28/21.
- Interstate 380 Pennsylvania – revised the history section for when I-81E became I-380 and when the freeway was constructed.
- Interstate 680 Ohio – converted page from old format and greatly expanded the history section of the route. Added four photos of the north end from 06/15/21.
- Interstate 290 Illinois – updated the east end with 9 photos from 01/18/21. Converted the remainder of the page from the old html tables and reedited photos from 2005 and 2010.
- Interstate 395 Florida – updated with four photos taken 04/10/21.
- Interstate 395 Virginia / District of Columbia – replaced a photo at the north end with one shot on 06/06/21.
- Interstate 495 New Jersey – added 9 photos from 06/09/21 and expanded the history with research from the AASHTO archive.
- Interstate 495 New York – added seven photos at the east end and two from the west end taken 06/12/21. Also added 5 photos from 12/17/17.
- Interstate 695 District of Columbia – added two photos of the west end from 06/06/21.
