Interstate 4 Florida – East
Exit 83A dropped from Interstate 4 into the Garland Street intersection with Florida 526 (Robinson Street). Florida 526 follows Washington Street east from U.S. 17-92-441 to the couplet with Hughey and Garland Avenues to make the dogleg to Robinson Street. 12/29/05
Greenouts on Exit 83A overheads replaced Centroplex, the former name of the sports and entertainment complex to the west, with Bob Carr for the aforementioned venue. 07/13/13
This overhead assembly was removed, with overheads for both Colonial Drive and Ivanhoe Boulevard separated into new panels. Centroplex was the old name for the entertainment district including the former Orlando Magic arena. 12/29/05
Merging traffic from U.S. 17-92 & Florida 50 formed an auxiliary lane through to Ivanhoe Boulevard (unsigned CR 424). 07/13/13
Variable speed limits were use along Interstate 4 through central Orlando, with the default limit set to 50 miles per hour. 02/23/14
Ivanhoe Boulevard links Legion Place and Florida 527 (Orange Avenue) with Lakeview Street. Lakeview Street carries unsigned CR 424 west to Edgewater Drive north. 02/23/14
A unique dynamic message sign highlighted the attractions of north Orlando for upcoming Exit 85. 12/29/05
A poorly designed guide sign posted 0.75 miles ahead of the diamond interchange (Exit 86) with Par Street. The replacement was not much better. 12/29/05
Par Street doubles as unsigned County Road 438 between SR 15 at Lake Rowena to the east and U.S. 441 / SR 438 west of College Park. 12/29/05
A centerline mileage sign for Exits 87, 88 and 90 was replaced with a ground level sign to the right after July 2011. 12/30/06
Mileage sign featuring the distance to Fairbanks Avenue (SR 426), SR 423 (Lee Road), and the city of Maitland. 02/23/14
Interstate 4 east at Florida 426 (Fairbanks Avenue). Sign replacements carbon copied Fairbanks Avenue without referencing the state road. 12/29/05
Exit 90 was completely redesigned, with Maitland Boulevard separated to accommodate free flowing ramps to I-4. 09/22/14
Signage at Exit 90B was replaced by 2011 with a new overhead assembly. No reference of the SR 414 toll road was added, despite the eastern segment of the John Land Apopka Expressway opening to traffic in May 2009. 12/29/05
