The I-95 ETL were complete east of the Rossville Boulevard overpass while work was ongoing for the Express Lane overpasses above the Baltimore Beltway. 06/08/12

The roadways of both I-95 and I-695 reversed orientation through their original interchange to allow for shorter connection ramps. 06/01/04

A lane drop occurred along I-95 south for I-695 west to Towson. Sign overlays for the I-695 panels were added in Summer of 2004. 08/07/04

This reassurance shield was posted beyond the off-ramp (Exit 64A) at the Beltway interchange. 12/18/07

Tall columns took the place of trees at the exchange with Interstate 695 as part of the I-95 Toll Express Lane rebuild. 12/30/12

A high-speed symmetrical stack interchange replaced the original exchange that included many left side movements. 08/04/13

A portion of the original I-95 northbound roadway remained midway through construction at I-695. 07/02/10

Interests to Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) and the Port of Baltimore facilities were advised to remain along I-95. 08/27/05

I-95 originally continued south with five lanes from I- 695 to the split with I-895. Exit 61 was not signed at this time. 08/27/05
