Under the premise I have to ditch the miscellaneous roads pages still found throughout the site. Those LA 1048 photos might have been posted under I-55 scenes as well, but anymore I would rather them be on their own page. I almost filed LA 3154 on the Earhart Expwy page under "scenes"  tonight, but opted instead to just make a short page on LA 3154 alone.

I'm not saying that it shouldn't have its own page, just noting the randomness of that highway among all in Louisiana having a page.
