This clusterfuck of a guide sign is definitely not in order.

Alternating destinations between points on the left and right instead of the usual way of pairing all left on top and pairing all right on bottom.

Looks like it's in order of increasing distance.

Yes that is true, but still confusing. Should be in pairs with a line between as most signs of this nature do. Plus too many destinations. I believe the latest MUTCD has cut back on how many reference points are to be used.

Additional signs could be I used prior to the intersection to cut down on information overload.

Have you been to Yellowstone?

Additional signs would increase information overload.

Given the nature of traffic in a national park, the sign is perfectly fine as is.  The destinations are appropriate and the distances relevant.

Just noticed this today here in Ellensburg on the westbound I-90 Exit 106 off-ramp. Rather than just attaching the one way sign on the other side of the post, directly opposite the no right turn sign, as would normally be done, they attached a small telespar post to the wooden post, and then attached the one way sign to that.

https://maps.app.goo.gl/vdcTbzT6PL1j75Ct6

EDIT: Never mind. I see why now. I forgot there were one way signs on both sides: https://maps.app.goo.gl/47ne6L4n9GCW99jH9

They could have just placed them below the no right turn sign and attached them to the wood, but they wanted them above that sign.

White on blue guidance arrows?  Struck me as odd when I passed through, but I'm thinking I just haven't noticed them elsewhere.

Fairly normal with interstates, but rare to see with roundabout arrows.

That sign on the signal arm that reads " Through Traffic on Green" is odd. Are people that stupid to run red lights when it's been red for a while.

I assume it is for when the green right arrows are present which has an extended cycle.
