Erroneous road signs

This Railroad Grade Crossing that the overhead warning sign ( with active flashers) that is informing motorists about, is been completely removed.

Obviously NJDOT forgot to remove it and still remains.

Those flashers haven't worked for a while. Tbh, I don't think I've ever seen them on

That doesn't look hilly enough to be Buchanan County.

And those are definitely new - the overhead was correct earlier this year.

Seems like it should read "415 (left) / JCT 54".

Should be a Primary Blue shield as circle shields on Puerto Rico are for municipal highways.  Highway 26 in San Juan is a primary highway and gets the white on blue shield.

Been there a lot longer than 17 years, and I can confirm. Once upon a time, there was a US 270 sign greeting westbound Alt. 58 traffic at the intersection of those two routes.
