Pretty sure there's a VA 1 shield elsewhere on SR 903.

US 97 was apparently downgraded. I have no idea how this mixup even happens, considering all the other (correct) signs at the junction.

Unless things have changed, there were dozens of those errors along the entirety of 209 in New York.

I did ask Fredericksburg about its signage once, I sure didn't expect this monstrosity to rise from the depths of hell.

Additional replacement signage has appeared but this one is the only error.  They have not that I have noticed added signage in a new location except here - https://maps.app.goo.gl/AtLLDSQDFqpt65Cu6 - where they placed a US 1 shield with a diagonal arrow and no banner.

Took this earlier today in Monticello, Arkansas. This should be US 278.

I never got a photo of my own of this, but here's a really bizarre case in South Arkansas.

AR 172 in Calhoun County was decommissioned a few years ago and is now designated as CR 172. The shield at the former western terminus at US 167 has a sign that says "JUNCTION 160", but signed as a county road and not a state highway. This should be AR 160 and it's a state highway/county road switch up.

(GSV imagery)

What's even weirder is its former eastern terminus at AR 160 which also has a sign that says "JUNCTION 167", but is also signed as a county road as well. This should be US 167 and is a US Route/county road switch up error. I've personally never seen this before, I'll need to make a trip down here at some point and get my own photos of this before it's removed.

When they heard that AASHTO can decommission a US highway if it is only in one state, Oklahoma DOT knew bold action was justified.

Here's two of them from my drive yesterday.

I know this is just detour signage and it won't be up forever, but here's AR 67 (should be US 67) in Arkadelphia, AR. A new bypass is being worked on and US 67 will be realigned once it's finished.

AR 270 instead of US 270 in Hot Springs. AR 270 does exist but this is at the Airport Road interchange (or exit 2), AR 270 begins at exit 9 and heads north.

Slightly off-topic but woah... I looked at GSV of Arkadelphia and was surprised to see how they're realigning US 67. They basically just cut straight through town. How was ArDOT able to pull that off?
