The MK Ultra program had some ideas about mind control.  The effectiveness of their tests seems to be mixed.

But they make wonderful graphics cards.

The program also sounds like it would the title of 16-bit era Mortal Kombat game.

Ask the state DOT-s to make custom signage exclusively for her, and they can be installed over top of existing signage.

1995hoo should use hypnosis to convince his wife that all the destinations she actually wants to go can be found on a single road, eliminating the need for any turns.

Which part? Her making wrong turns or my talking about it without her knowledge on a online forum that she (thankfully!) does not visit?

A couple of times early in our marriage, we were on a freeway and it was about to split.  I'd get in the appropriate lane, and she'd grap my arm and exclaim that we were in the wrong lane.  (We weren't either time.)

Pay someone to lay down a couple of metal rails between the origin and the destination. Then replace the wheels of her car with new ones that ride on the rails, such that she can't turn off of them.

I was thinking the wrong turns, but you have a good point with the talking about it on here.

I did have another suggestion: remove her car's steering wheel. No turns = no wrong turns.

tear up all the roads except those she needs to take

I think I have to pick this answer as the "winner" because of the absurd mental image that comes to mind of tearing up essentially every road other than those that are part of the regular routine and then laying some of them back down (and following along behind tearing them back up) when she wants or needs to go somewhere farther away or otherwise out of the ordinary.
