As elsmere241 posted, they are sequential.

The cloverleaf at US 13/40 is Exit 1 despite the at-grade portion of SR 141 to the north. Exit 2 is I-295 north from SR 141 south. I-95 is Exit 3, SR 4 is Exit 4, SR 62 is Exit 5 and SR 2 is Exit 6. The parclo on SR 141 at SR 52 is unnumbered.

It's close enough that there's no reason to change the numbers.  Exits 1-3 are correctly numbered.  Exits 4-6 are off by 1, which IIRC is allowed per the current MUTCD to minimize suffixes.  All that really is at issue is that 4A and 4B SB are in the wrong order.

(For North Millsboro Bypass, US 113, DE 20, and DE 24) Route 24 bypass on target for fall completion

Work has been underway for years to build the bypass north of Millsboro. The plan involves constructing a series of bridges across the northern end of Millsboro Pond. It also includes a new grade-separated intersection at the junction of Route 113 and Route 20.

What's up with the high fences installed on the Reedy Point Bridge I noticed?

Are those suicide prevention fences like they installed 100 miles away on the Victory Bridge in Perth Amboy, New Jersey?
