County Road 4116 travels through western Volusia County from Fatio Road outside Orange City to Lakeview Drive (County Road 4139) in the Lake Helen city center. The route lines McGregor Road east to U.S. 17/92, Orange Camp Road between there and a parclo B2 interchange with I-4, and Main Street West into Lake Helen.
