The middle section lines Alford Road 4.10 miles east to the Jackson County line and Park Avenue 2.45 miles to U.S. 231 in the town of Alford. The Kynesville Road segment branches east from U.S. 231 at Steele City 6.56 miles to Kynesville and CR 167 (Fairview Road) just ahead of the exchange with I-10.
