Ramps from Interstate 20 to I-520 combine just east of Mathis Lake. The first confirming marker stands ahead of the Ascauga Lake Road (Road 33) overpass. 06/24/10

Exit 17 leaves Interstate 520 west for U.S. 1-78-278 (Jefferson Davis Highway) at North Augusta. U.S. 1-78-278 combine with U.S. 25/S.C. 121 nearby to Downtown Augusta, located 1.7 miles to the west. Aiken is 13 miles to the east via U.S. 1 north and U.S. 78 east. 06/24/10
