Highway 295

Located within Spartanburg County, South Carolina Highway 295 is an arterial route encircling the city of Spartanburg. Measuring 16.70 miles in length, S.C. 295 originates at the cloverleaf interchange joining Business Loop I-85 with New Cut Road near Johnson City and ends at U.S. 176/S.C. 9 just outside the town of Pacolet.

The commercialized stretch along S.C. 295 (Blackstock Road) extends south from WestGate Mall across U.S. 29 to the succeeding two traffic lights.

S.C. 215 follows Blackstock Road south from S.C. 295/296 to Roebuck. S.C. 295 turns east alongside S.C. 296 for 0.90 miles to Southport Road in Spartanburg. Beyond the adjacent SPUI with I-26, S.C. 296 continues west to Reidville.
