South Carolina Highway 341

Measuring 93.87 miles in length, S.C. 341 travels northwest from S.C. 41 (Georgetown Highway) at Johnsonville to U.S. 521-601 Business (Hampton Street) in Kershaw. The highway parallels Lake Swamp west to Lake City across southern Florence County. Through Lake City, S.C. 341 combines with U.S. 378 Business for 2.94 miles along Irby Street and W Main Street.

Following a 0.26 mile long overlap with U.S. 378 outside Lake City, S.C. 341 branches northwest to U.S. 301 at Olanta in southwest Florence County. S.C. 341 travels across eastern Sumter County where it meets Interstate 95. Northwest into Lee County, S.C. 341 continues to U.S. 76 at Lynchburg en route to I-20 and Bishopville.

S.C. 341 joins U.S. 15/S.C. 34 (Main Highway) north from Downtown Bishopville 1.39 miles to Bethune Highway. Mirroring the course of the Lynches River, the state highway advances north into Kershaw County ahead of U.S. 1 at Bethune. Crossing the Little Lynches River near Abney Crossroads, S.C. 341 leads northwest to the Lancaster County city of Kershaw.
