The TO should be over US 29 NORTH, not SOUTH.

Pan the camera to the left a bit to see a US 29 NORTH posting that should be removed since left turns are no longer allowed from VA 151.

The arrow is erroneous.  Should point to left here.

I would already be on North KY-160. The sign should say "To North US 119"

Erroneous US 64 shield in front of Marion City Hall in Marion, AR.

US 64 does not go into this part of Marion.  It uses I-55 from an interchange west of the city proper.

Then again this is a state that asks AASHTO to relocate their US routes to interstates, but refuse to sign them on the interstates that they want the routes to be aligned.

Yeah so the reason why this is here is due to a disagreement between ARDOT and the AASHTO. ARDOT documents show that US 64 "ends" at AR 77 in Marion, and is split at the state line in Tennessee following I-55. This is obviously not what the AASHTO says about US 64, showing that it follows I-55 through Tennessee and into Arkansas until it intersects in Marion.

See US 24 at the eastern end of Colorado as another example of the same thing.

Oh I know about Colorado having two US 40 segments with a gap between them because they won't consider an overlap with I-70 from Denver to Limon.

AASHTO considers US 40 from east of Salt Lake to Atlantic City as one whole route. However the State of Colorado doesn't consider both parts as one.

I've wondered if ALDOT and TDOT consider there to be a "gap" in US 31 where it runs concurrently with I-65 between Athens, AL, and Exit 1 in Tennessee, as the concurrency is unsigned on I-65 and any of the intersecting roads between the two points, though I've also suspected it could be due to US 31 not having a concurrent internal-ish state route on that stretch too.
May or may not be batticorn.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

US 50 hasn't been through Salisbury, MD since 2003.  It's been now close to 23 years the route been relocated, but 21 since GSV took a caption after the change. Still no one thought of updating these after all that time.

Neither of those are erroneous, since both do lead to US 50 (and the first sign explicitly labels it as TO WEST 50).

You can look at that way for the former, but the latter is the defacto ramp from US 13 Business to US 50 Business Eastbound due to the half diamond interchange at the junction.

The latter stated that same info prior to 2003.  It's obviously the same mistake alot of VA cities make and not resigning the former mainlines and keeping the old route alive.

Guide sign says that you can ( and you must) go both directions on US 40, but the NO TURNS and NO Right Turn monikor say otherwise.

Normally you can turn left and right onto US 40, but an ongoing construction project has the right turn prohibited.  The left turn is still allowed but US 40 is a divided highway so the sign is stating that you must continue across the median onto the US 40 EB lanes.  The construction contractor should cover up the WEST, but I guess they were lazy.

Given the number of bad signs from there, perhaps the town should be renamed Hopeless.

Quote from: ErmineNotyours on September 17, 2021, 10:38:01 PMSeen this week in Missoula, MT: Mainline I-90 on exit.  Should be a green business loop.  It has been up since about 2015.

In the other direction at this same interchange, there is a W4-3 Added Lane sign before the two lane onramp meets the mainline. What actually happens is the inner lanes merge immediately and the second lane also merges 500 feet after that. Street View shows that it's been this way since at least 2008.

Inner or center merges (whatever you want to call them) like this really shouldn't be a thing. If they are going to exist, there ought to be a standard sign that depicts them accurately. The added lane sign is misleading in this situation.
