There is also a Stateline Road separating DeSoto County, MS from Shelby County, TN in the Memphis area.

New York has a State Line Road just north of the NY-NJ border near Wantage, NJ. New Jersey doesn't seem to have one however, with the closest one I can find to the border as Mt Salem Road.

NY 269 (Niagara/Orleans) and NY 272 (Orleans/Monroe) come to mind.  I-490 straddles part of the Genesee/Monroe line as well.  Of course, this thread would be incomplete without mentioning QC 247, which straddles the VT/QC line at one point.

Some Mason-Dixon Line fun:

MD/DE 54, which is W and E State Ave in Delmar and E Line Rd outside of town. An old alignment is Line Church Rd. When DE 54 curves north, the road on the line continues as Bethel Rd for a few miles before curving north. West of Delmar, when DE 54 curves north, W Line road continues on the line.

Just southwest of Fawn Grove, PA, there is a Mason Dixon Road that runs on the Mason-Dixon Line between MD and PA. MD 23 also runs on the line for a short bit just north of Norrisville, MD.

Only dual named "county line" rd I know of: Crawford/Franklin line in Arkansas, the Crawford side is named Old Fern Rd, and the Franklin side is Locke Rd.

8 Mile Road, aka Baseline Road, aka M-102 is on the border between Wayne County to the south and Macomb and Oakland County to the north.

Indiana has plenty of them as well, though the names will vary. Sometimes the road will just be another county road of the county highway system, County Road 1200 North for instance, with perhaps a different number on the other side such as 1200 South, which makes using the name "County Line Road" more acceptable. Marion County has four such roads, three of which used to be called "County Line Road" only with their direction added before. As far as I know, the southern County Line Road has always been refereed to as "County Line Road." The eastern county line is now called Carroll Road and the western is Raceway Road. The northern county line has always been 96th Street as part of the larger street numbering pattern in that part of the county.

My travels up to Michigan a few months ago allowed me to see some of the more creative county line names there. Too bad 8 Mile couldn't be Wayne-land Road or Wayne-comb Road, but I guess that movie wouldn't roll off the tongue as well. I know, I know, 8 Mile and Baseline have been there for a while.

I'm shocked nobody has mentioned NY 120A, which straddles the NY-CT (Westchester-Fairfield) line, even entering Connecticut while remaining NYSDOT-maintained.

There's one on the Erie-Genesee County border that exists intermittently south of I-90. Much of it is maintained by Genesee County.

Part of Warren CR 52 is on the Warren-Washington line, as is the aptly-named County Line Road.

NY-PA has quite a few, including an infamous stretch of I-86/NY 17

I have one in my area, which it is Steger Road, where Cook and Will Counties meet each other in Illinois.

As tdindy88 mentioned, there are too many county line roads in Indiana to be listed.

An interesting one is on the line between St. Joseph and Elkhart County. It's called Ash Road, because it's the first of the alphabetically-ordered north-south roads in St. Joseph County named for trees (or plants). Ash, Beech, Bittersweet, Blackberry, Elm . . . Timothy. At the west edge of St. Joseph County is a county line road, named County Line Road.

About 2 miles of Ash Road, between US-20 and US-33 were once SR-219, until INDOT ceded it to the counties, along with old US-20 (when 20 moved to the St. Joseph Valley Parkway) and the Elkhart County portion of US-33. The St. Joseph County part of 33 became SR-933.

In Lucas County, Ohio, we have Fulton-Lucas Road, Henry-Lucas Road and Ottawa-Lucas Road, in addition to State Line Road, separating Ohio and Michigan.  Nearby, Fostoria Road separates Ottawa and Wood County.  South of US-20 it carries US-23.

We also have Old State Line Road, which this historical article explains the origin of the name.

There's a lot here.  While we're at it, let's add in a county line interstate.

The median of I-80 is the Kendall-Grundy county line through Exit 122 (Minooka).  Then, for county line density, the eastbound lanes cut from Grundy through Kendall into Will in a matter of a 100 feet or so (more or less - more in the left lane, less in the right lane, almost nothing on the right shoulder) without signage noting that you cross quickly into Kendall County.

Somewhat unusual for PA, I can think of three that haven't been mentioned:

  • PA 44 runs the Lycoming-Clinton border for a considerable length
  • County Line Rd on the York-Adams line west of US 15
  • PA 851 runs the state line briefly west of New Freedom

At first I thought PA 163 ran the state line but it looks as if it is just feet inside PA.

The West Virginia/Virginia state line runs along WV/VA 127 for a distance.

That actually wouldn't occur to me, because in my mind there's a distinction between a road that follows (and in some cases demarcates) the county line, and one that just happens to straddle it, like NY 120A.

However, sometimes a road can move from the second category to the first if it's actually named "County Line Road". And likewise, sometimes roads of the first type that are called "County Line Road" may actually be imprecisely located, such as the one (near) on the Nassau/Suffolk County line on Long Island.

And of course in Columbus our County Line Rd spends most of its time not on the county line.

In the east Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area there is Meridian Road, which is the border between Maricopa and Pinal Counties.
In Queen Creek Meridian Road becomes Moeur Rd at Ocotillo Road and Gary Rd at Rigs Rd/Combs Rd. Hunt Highway Price Rd alinement to 198th Street/Wagon Wheel Rd then becomes Empire Blvd to Gary Road.

WA-104 is briefly on the King-Snohomish line in Edmonds, between WA-99 and I-5.

WA-41 is the southbound lane of ID-41, on the WA side of the WA-ID border in Newport/Oldtown (another notable pair on the border is Lewiston, ID and Clarkston, WA).

Much of the District of Columbia's border with Maryland (Montgomery County and Prince George's County) is made up of the following streets (all of which are maintained by DDOT and entirely in D.C. - the line is always on the Maryland side of the street):

Western Avenue (facing Montgomery County suburbs of Bethesda, Friendship Heights and Chevy Chase);
Eastern Avenue (facing Montgomery County suburbs of Silver Spring and Takoma Park, and the Prince George's County suburbs of Hyattsville, Mount Rainier, Brentwood, Beaver Heights, Capitol Heights, Fairmount Heights and Seat Pleasant); and
Southern Avenue (facing Prince George's County suburbs of Capitol Heights (the incorporated part), Hillside, Boulevard Heights, Suitland,  Hillcrest Heights and Oxon Hill).

Ga. Routes 88 and 305 run along the Burke-Jefferson County line, including in the city of Keysville, which is in both counties.

PRICE NEW HOPE RD, which runs along the Johnson-Washington County Line.

DEEPSTEP RD, PROSSER RD, COUNTY LINE RD, BALERMA CHURCH RD and LINTON RD, all of which run along the Hancock-Washington County Line.

Ga. Route 123, COUNTY LINE RD and CHALKER RD all run along the Glascock-Warren County Line.

POLLETT RD runs along the Jefferson-Johnson County Line.

USRY RD runs along the Glascock-Jefferson County Line.

McGHEE RD, SPRINGFIELD RD, LOG CABIN RD and JOHNSON RD all run along the Hancock-Taliaferro County Line.

Ga. Routes 86 & 297, and RICKSVILLE RD run along the Emaunel-Treutlen County Line. Additionally, Ga. Route 86 also runs along the Johnson-Laurens County Line.

SETTLEMENT RD runs along the Bulloch-Evans County Line.

There are only three such roads in my part of South Carolina, though.

Portions of BATES ST and SOLOMON ST runs along the Lexington-Saluda County Line in the Batesburg-Leesville City Limits.

Portions of BRANCH RD runs along the Allendale-Hampton County Line.

S.C. Route 67 runs along the Greenwood-McCormick County Line.

There was a county line road on the Aiken-Barnwell County Line near Ellenton, but all of that was demolished in 1950 to build the Savannah River Site.

Because Michigan's lower peninsula is laid out in squares for the most part, we are loaded with them.  US-127 is a county border route in extreme southern Michigan.  My favorite is State Line Rd, between Monroe Co, MI  and Lucas Co, OH.  Contrary to it's label, it meanders both north and south of the border, crossing it several times.

On Long Island, Suffolk CR 1 is County Line Road.  It only goes for a few miles, though, and doesn't cover the entire length of the county line.
