Seminole County Road 46A

Seminole County Road 46A is an arterial running 5.53 miles east from CR 431 (Orange Boulevard) along the north Lake Mary city line to U.S. 17/92 (French Avenue) and SR 46 (25th Street) in the city of Sanford. A four lane, divided arterial, H.E. Thomas, Jr. Parkway carries CR 46A east to an interchange with SR 417 (Seminole Expressway) and Airport Boulevard. Beyond there, CR 46A narrows onto 25th Street, a four lane boulevard leading east to U.S. 17/92 (French Avenue) in the Sanford street grid. 25th Street continues east from French Avenue as the mainline of SR 46 to Midway and Geneva.

An unmarked extension of CR 46A follows an L-shaped route west from CR 431 (Orange Boulevard) 2.62 miles along Markham Road, and 1.51 miles north to SR 46 on Longwood Markham Road. An end shield for CR 46A west stands just north of H.E. Thomas, Jr. Parkway along Orange Boulevard.
