Advancing north, SR 23 runs along the east side of the Whitfield and Arbor Mill neighborhoods of Oakleaf Plantation. Preserved woodland separates the toll road from the parallel North Prong of the Double Branch waterway. A single point interchange follows at Exit 37 in one mile. 07/28/18
