A half mile west from Armenia Avenue, SR 574 west intersects MacDill Avenue south across from St. Joseph's Hospital. 03/15/14
The succeeding signal joins MLK Boulevard with Buccaneer Place south and Tampa Bay Park office complex. Buccaneer Place is home to the corporate offices of the Tampa Bay Bucs NFL franchise. 03/15/14
A second access road connects the north side of SR 574 with Tampa Bay Park across from an access road to the site where the Tampa Bay Center mall was demolished in 2005. 03/15/14
Himes Avenue intersects Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard at the northeast corner of the old site of Tampa Stadium. Raymond James Stadium lies just to the south as the home venue of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Himes Avenue parallels Dale Mabry Highway north to Carrollwood and south to South Tampa. 03/15/14
