State Road 574

State Road 574 runs 23.04 miles from U.S. 92 (Dale Mabry Highway) in Tampa east to U.S. 92 (Thonotosassa Road) in Plant City. The state road is named Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard throughout its course from Drew Park in Tampa east to Orient Park, Mango, Seffner, Dover and the Plant City line. Mostly a four lane boulevard within Tampa, SR 574 provides a through route from Raymond James Stadium to West Tampa, College Hill and Grant Park.
East of the Tampa city limits, SR 574 serves commuting interests to the south of Interstate 4 and U.S. 92 to Mango, Seffner and Dover. During the annual Strawberry Festival in Plant City, SR 574 becomes a congested route east from Interstate 75, with the festival grounds lining the north side of W Reynolds Street at Woodrow Wilson Boulevard.

An $89.7 million design-build project started on August 19, 2021 converts the parclo interchange joining SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard) and Interstate 75 into a DDI. Work coincides with the expansion of I-75 with a two lane collector distributor roadway extending north to Interstate 4. Work runs through Summer 2025.

Falkenburg Road intersects SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard) on the east side of Sabal Park business park, just west of Interstate 75 at Exit 260.
