Highway 150

N.C. 150 forms a multi state route with S.C. 150, extending 183 miles northeast from the state line through Shelby, Lincolnton, Mooresville, Salisbury, and Winston-Salem. The state route concludes at U.S. 158 near Yanceyville.

NC 150 (River Highway) eastbound at the diamond interchange with Interstate 77. Shopping centers and business complexes surround the exchange, resulting in traffic congestion along the arterial.
