Entering Genesee County in the town of Pavilion, NY 63 runs northwest to the city of Batavia and village of Oakfield. The state route turns west from there to a 1.50 mile long overlap with NY 77 in the town of Alabama.

The northernmost extent of the 82.08 mile long highway leads north to the village of Medina, where NY 63 overlaps with NY 31 for 0.98 miles, and Lyndonville. NY 63 concludes at NY 18 and Lyondville Road (CR 631) north of Yates Center.
