Replaced overhead at Exit 9 to SR 3 (Marsh Road). The state route serves residential areas of Brandywine Hundred to the north and Bellefonte to the south. 03/19/04

Exit 9 merged directly onto Carr Road northbound just south of SR 3. Carr Road southbound travels 0.6 miles to Washington Street Extension and Rockwood Park. 03/19/04

The 2018-19, I-95 & Carr Road/Marsh Road Interchange Improvements project added traffic lights at the end of Exit 9 with Carr Road. 12/20/16

Carr Road northbound connects Exit 9 with SR 3 (Marsh Road). SR 3 heads north to Arden and southeast toward Bellefonte while. 10/12/04
