A historical look at Grain Terminal Road east at 5th Avenue from Burbank, the beginning of SR 124 (Ice Harbor Road) and U.S. 12. Construction commenced in March 2011 to upgrade the at-grade intersection into a diamond interchange. Grain Terminal Road was replaced with a new access road to the south, tying into 5th Avenue and ramps to U.S. 12 via a roundabout.
