California 145


California 145 begins at Interstate 5 Exit 337 and California 33 north of Coalinga. From there, the state highway travels northeast to Five Points, merges with California 269, then turns due north to Kerman and Madera. At Madera, California 145 turns due east to connect with California 41 north of Fresno. Most of the route is rural with two lanes, excluding urban segments.
