Delaware 1B spurs into Rehoboth Beach from Delaware 1 near the Lewes Rehoboth canal bridge. The highway follows State Road northward from Delaware 1 (southwest of Rehoboth Beach) into Rehoboth Beach and Delaware 1A (Rehoboth Avenue). The route includes portions of Washington Street, Jefferson Street, State Road, and Old Bay Road.1
