Continuing north on Coburg Road toward the eastbound on-ramp to Interstate 105 & OR 126. The split diamond interchange with the freeway provides access to Interstate 5 from downtown Eugene. Interstate 105 & OR 126 next meet the north-south freeway at Exits 4A/B. 04/01/05

Looking at the guide sign posted on Coburg Road northbound at the eastbound ramp to Interstate 105 & OR 126 from the adjacent pedestrian / bike path. Traffic interests to Interstate 105 & OR 126 westbound to Delta Highway and west Eugene must use Southwood Lane between Coburg Road and the freeway on-ramp at Country Club Road. Southwood Lane travels west along the freeway between the two half diamond interchanges of Exit 2. 04/01/05
Coburg Road south
Coburg Road enters the interchange complex with Interstate 105 & OR 126 and intersects Oakway Road and Southwood Lane at the eastbound off-ramp. Oakway Road heads south from Cal Young Road to end at Coburg Road. Southwood Lane travels west alongside the freeway to Country Club Road and the westbound on-ramp to West Eugene. Connections with the Delta Highway serve the Valley River Center mall. 04/01/05
Coburg Road passes underneath the freeway and intersects Country Club Road. Country Club Road forms an eastbound side frontage road between Club Road and the eastbound off-ramp and on-ramps to Interstate 105 & OR 126. 04/01/05
A view of the Coburg Road intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard between Country Club Road and the Willamette River Bridge. The boulevard is discontinuous across Coburg Road. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard serves the Autzen Stadium area of east Eugene. 04/01/05
Coburg Road continues south from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to cross Club Road and the north banks of the Willamette River. 04/01/05
This suite of photographs displays the Ferry Street Bridge of Coburg Road over the Willamette River. The four lane truss bridge leads southward into the northern reaches of downtown Eugene. Overheads attached to the superstructure partition traffic for OR 99 & 126 Business for the University of Oregon, the Eugene central business district, and the Hult Center for the Performing Arts. 04/01/05
Coburg Road leaves the Ferry Street Bridge and quickly encounters the 3rd Avenue off-ramp. The ramp is nothing more than a sharp right turn onto a residential street. 3rd Avenue serves the Skinner Butte Park area along the Willamette River. 04/01/05
Just south of the 3rd Avenue on-ramp is the elevated portion of Coburg Road. Coburg Road follows a four lane viaduct to the ramps with OR 99 & 126 Business (Broadway, Mill Street, 6th & 7th Avenues). 04/01/05
A small guide sign indicates that the next three exits serve downtown. The Coburg Road viaduct includes provisions for pedestrians and bicyclists. 04/01/05
The first downtown off-ramp links Coburg Road southbound with 6th Avenue west. 6th Avenue carries OR 99 north & 126 Business west from Mill Street to Interstate 105 & OR 126. 04/01/05
An extremely sharp turn is required for the 6th Avenue ramp from Coburg Road southbound. A set of overheads tout the connections to downtown and the Holt Center. The entertainment venue lies between 6th and 7th Avenues at Willamette Street, four blocks to the east. 04/01/05
Descending from Coburg Road onto OR 99 north & 126 Business (6th Avenue). A loop ramp splits from the overall ramp to Mill Street east of the viaduct. Drivers otherwise enter the 6th Avenue signalized intersection with High Street. 04/01/05
Coburg Road southbound otherwise splits into ramps for OR 99 south & 126 Business (Mill Street / Broadway) east and 8th Avenue west. 04/01/05
The right lane defaults onto 8th Avenue into downtown Eugene. OR 99/126 Business turn east at the merge with Broadway toward the University of Oregon campus. 04/01/05
Club Road east
Exit 2 departs Interstate 105 & OR 126 eastbound and ends at the intersection of Country Club Road and Club Road. Country Club Road follows the freeway east to Coburg Road. Club Road loops underneath the Ferry Street Bridge to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to the south. 04/01/05
Club Road passes underneath the Coburg Road truss bridge along the north banks of the Willamette River. 04/01/05
Country Club Road
Country Club Road eastbound at the Interstate 105 & OR 126 overpass between Southwood Lane and Club Road. Motorists bound for Coburg Road and Interstate 105 east should turn left ahead onto the continuation of Country Club Road. Club Road begins ahead and travels east to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Autzen Stadium. The right side overhead is incorrect in that Club Road does not provide access to downtown via Coburg Road south. 04/01/05
A guide sign posted at the Country Club Road intersection of the Exit 2 off-ramp of Interstate 105 & OR 126 and Club Road correctly partitions traffic to Coburg Road / Downtown to the left and Autzen Stadium straight ahead. 04/01/05

Traveling east on the Country Club Road frontage road on the approach to Coburg Road and the eastbound on-ramp to Interstate 105 & OR 126. 04/01/05
Country Club Road ends at the traffic light with Coburg Road. The right lane provides access onto Interstate 105 & OR 126 eastbound across Coburg Road. Drivers otherwise default onto Coburg Road northbound ahead of its intersection with Southwood Lane west and Oakway Drive north. 04/01/05
Shifting to Country Club Road westbound at the freeway under crossing and approach to the westbound on-ramp at Southwood Lane. Country Club Road leads west from Club Road and Interstate 105 & OR 126 to the Eugene Country Club and Willagillespie Road. 04/01/05

A system of bike / pedestrian paths line Coburg Road within the vicinity of Club Road, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and Interstate 105 & OR 126.
