The New England Thruway consists of Interstate 95 between Pelham Parkway and the Connecticut Turnpike. The toll road is maintained by the New York State Thruway Authority.

The Cross-Westchester Expressway is maintained by the New York Thruway authority though no tolls are collected on it. The freeway ventures through Harrison, White Plains, and Elmsford across Westchester County.
