Overall Arkansas Highway 151 exists in three different parts on opposite ends of the state. Two segments span a total of 12.4 miles near Blytheville in Mississippi County while a 1.4 mile section follows the Texarkana Loop from State Line Avenue to Interstate 49 as an implied extension of Loop 151 from Texas. The Texarkana portion of AR 151 was designated in May 2013 in place of AR 245.
