Maryland 151 travels 10.80 miles between Sparrows Point in southeast Baltimore County to Clifton Park in east Baltimore. The state highway varies between Erdman Avenue in Baltimore City and North Point Boulevard through Eastpoint and Edgemere. The state highway carries U.S. 40 Truck west from the Pulaski Highway (U.S. 40) interchange to Belair Road (U.S. 1).
