SR 113 coincides with U.S. 29 from Century, Florida northward to the merge with U.S. 31 in Flomaton and eastward for the first 1.14 miles. The overlap is fully signed.
- State Road 3
U.S. 29 & 31 share 13.86 miles from Flomaton to Brewton. SR 3 doubles as the state route counterpart for both highways.
- State Road 15
SR 15 takes over for U.S. 29 north beyond the split with U.S. 31 & SR 3. Alabama 15 follows the remainder of U.S. 29 through the state, tallying 211.883 miles to the Georgia state line at Lanett.

Persimmon Street provides a portion of the movements between U.S. 29 & 31 (South Boulevard) and Alabama 41 (St. Nicholas Avenue) at downtown Brewton. Drivers taking Alabama 41 south to South Boulevard west are directed onto the connector; northbound truckers along U.S. 29 & 31 destined for Mildred Street south must use the route to make the right-hand turn.
