A toll plaza resides just south of the Pennsylvania 283 eastbound on-ramp to Interstate 283 south for Interstate 76. Interstate 76 crosses the Susquehanna River west of Interstate 283 between Exit 247 and 242 (Interstate 83). Eastward the toll road continues 19 miles to junction Pennsylvania 72 at Exit 266.
