VMS maintains the next 74 miles of IH-35 under contract from TxDOT. This contract began in 1999, and was renewed in 2004. VMS controls all maintenance and pavement repair on the highway, allowing TxDOT to focus their crews on other highways. Photo taken August 18, 2005.
