The half diamond interchange (Exit 4) with Valley H Drive connects with Ray Ellison Boulevard and Springvale Drive between areas of Lackland AFB. 02/18/06
US 90 is the Cleto Rodriguez Freeway between IH 410 and IH 10. 02/18/06
Exit 6 for US 90 on IH 410/SH 16 north utilizes the east side frontage road. A cloverleaf interchange joins the two freeways, similar to the IH 410 exchange with IH 35 on the southwest side. 02/18/06
Two flyovers were added at the exchange with US 90 (Cleto Rodriguez Freeway). The high speed ramps directly connect US 90 east to IH 410 north and IH 410 south to US 90 west. Remaining movements use the respective frontage road systems. 02/18/06
Previous guide signs at the loop ramp for US 90 west included the mileage to Uvalde (74 miles) and El Paso (560 miles). US 90 stops short of El Paso at IH 10 in Van Horn. 02/18/06
IH 410 becomes more urbanized north of US 90. The next exit is Marbach Road. 02/18/06

Exit 7 leaves IH 410/SH 6 north for Marbach Road, a commercial arterial by the Meadow Village, Lackland Terrace and Rainbow Hills neighborhoods. 02/18/06
Forthcoming SH 151 is named after former highway engineer Raymond Stotzer. 02/18/06
SH 151 was added to the state highway system in 1984, with construction beginning on the frontage roads shortly afterwards. 02/18/06
A diamond interchange utilizing the frontage road system joins IH 410 with SH 151. Flyovers were built from SH 151 east to IH 410 north and IH 410 south to SH 151 west as well. SH 151 begins at US 90 and travels northwest to Loop 1604, passing Sea World San Antonio. The park, which opened in 1988, is the only seasonal Sea World park. 02/18/06

Exit 10 parts ways with IH 410/SH 16 north at Leon Creek onto the frontage road system ahead of FM (UR) 3487 (Culebra Road). Exit 11 quickly follows for Ingram Road and Alamo Downs Business Park. 02/18/06
Ingram Park Mall lies in the northwest quadrant of IH 410/Ingram Road interchange (Exit 11). 02/18/06
Exit 11 departs IH 410/SH 16 north for Ingram Road east to the Thunderbird Hills neighborhood and Wurzbach Road north from Ingram Park Mall. 02/18/06
SH 16 north splits with IH 410 at Exit 13 in one mile. 02/18/06
Exit 13 also connects IH 410 north with Spur 421, Bandera Road and Evers Road. Spur 421 is former SH 16 from IH 410 to IH 10. 02/18/06
SH 16 travels northwest to Bandera, Kerrville, Fredricksburg and Llano from IH 410 at Leon Valley, looping around the west side of San Antonio before heading north. 02/18/06
A diamond interchange (Exit 13) joins IH 410 with SH 16 (Bandera Road) north and Spur 421 (Bandera Road) south. High speed flyovers link elevated lanes above Bandera Road with IH 410 east and from IH 410 west. 02/18/06
Interstate 410 North
IH 410 continues 0.75 miles from Bandera Road to Exit 14 for Callaghan Road and Babcock Road. 02/18/06
IH 410 enters Leon Valley, one of the edge cities of San Antonio, within the exchange at Bandera Road (Spur 421). 02/18/06
Exit 14 departs IH 410 north well ahead of Callaghan and Babock Roads, arterials that converge near the Oak Hills community. 02/18/06
