Upon entering downtown Glenrock, the routes divide at the intersection of Birch Street and Fourth Street. U.S. 20-26-87 continue west along Birch Street toward Casper along Old Glenrock Highway. Business Loop I-25 turns south along with Wyoming 95 (initially Fourth Street, which becomes Deer Creek Road) en route to Interstate 25 Exit 165.
