Traveling 83.2 miles across northwestern Ohio, U.S. 24 enters the Buckeye State as an expressway from the Fort Wayne area. Dubbed the Fort to Port Corridor, the U.S. 24 controlled access route links Interstate 469 in the Hoosier State with Interstate 475 at the Toledo suburb of Maumee. Once inside the I-475 belt line, U.S. 24 follows a surface route onto Detroit Avenue and Telegraph Road through Toledo.
