U.S. 95 Business overlays Nevada State Route 599 (Rancho Drive) through northwest Las Vegas. The commercial arterial follows a linear route between Exits 77 and Exit 90A along U.S. 95 as the Oran K. Gragson Freeway navigates west from Downtown Las Vegas to Summerlin and north to overtake Rancho Drive near Ann Road. Only signed on guide signs at either end, the business route was approved by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) on June 28, 1982.

SR 599 starts at the Rancho Drive intersection with Redondo Avenue, 0.3 miles south of the SPUI with U.S. 95 (Oran K. Gragson Freeway). Measuring 6.947 miles in length, the state route ends at a wye interchange with U.S. 95, 0.28 miles north of Rainbow Boulevard.

Nevada State Route 599 North
Rancho Drive (former SR 599) north at Oakey Boulevard. Oakey Boulevard comprises a four lane boulevard west to the McNeil Estates neighborhood and east to the Scotch Eighty community. Oakey Boulevard passes below I-15 to the east ahead of the Gateway business District. 07/22/14
The succeeding signal along Rancho Drive north is with SR 159 (Charleston Boulevard) at the Rancho Oakey community. Charleston Boulevard leads SR 159 east to Downtown Las Vegas and SR 612 (Nellis Avenue) and west to Peccole Ranch and Summerlin. 07/22/14
Palomino Lane connects Rancho Drive (old SR 599) with Valley Hospital Medical Center to the east and residential areas of Rancho Oakey to the west. 07/22/14
Alta Drive crosses Rancho Drive from the Rancho Circle community to the west en route to the Las Vegas Premium Outlets and the Clark County Government Center. 07/22/14
West Parkway Avenue and Rancho Drive east come together at the succeeding northbound intersection of Rancho Drive from adjacent subdivisions. 07/22/14
A begin shield formally marks the northbound beginning of SR 599 as Rancho Drive intersects Redondo Avenue. The state route was truncated north from SR 589 to this point after 2009. 07/22/14
Mesquite Avenue parallels the south side of U.S. 95 (Oran K. Gragson Freeway) west to a dead end in the Rancho Springs subdivision and east to a cul-de-sac in the Rancho Manor neighborhood. 07/22/14
The lone sign referencing U.S. 95 Business along Rancho Drive (SR 599) is on this sign bridge preceding the on-ramps for U.S. 95 (Oran K. Gragson Freeway). U.S. 95 follows the Las Vegas Expressway east to Downtown and northwest to Centennial. 07/22/14
A single point urban interchange (SPUI) joins the south end of U.S. 95 Business and SR 599 (Rancho Drive) with the U.S. 95 freeway. U.S. 95 heads west to Peccole Ranch and Summerlin Parkway and north to meet SR 599 again at its northern terminus. 07/22/14
Bonanza Road lines the north side of the Oran K. Gragson Freeway east from SR 599 (Rancho Drive) to Downtown Las Vegas. The former alignment of U.S. 95 is designated as SR 579 to North Las Vegas Boulevard (old SR 604). 07/22/14
Ernest May Lane connects SR 599 with Rancho shopping center and other businesses both west and east of Rancho Drive. 07/22/14
Washington Avenue meets SR 599 (Rancho Drive) at the next signal east of Lorenzi Park and west from the Bonanza Village neighborhood. The arterial extends west to Las Vegas Golf Club and east through the Historic Westside Area. 07/22/14
Traveling northwest through the Twin Lakes Village community, Rancho Drive approaches the traffic light with Vegas Drive. 07/22/14
The six lane arterial expands to incorporate a wider median beyond Vegas Drive. The commercial strip passes by the Eastland Heights community to Coran Lane (old Lake Mead Boulevard). 07/22/14
Texas Station hotel and casino lines the east side of Rancho Drive between Coran Lane and Lake Mead Boulevard. Situated in the North Las Vegas city limits, the 120,000 plus square foot facility opened in 1995. 07/22/14
Lake Mead Boulevard extends west from the end of SR 147 at Losee Road as a locally maintained arterial to SR 599 at the Fiesta Rancho Hotel and Casino. The arterial arcs southwest back into Las Vegas through the College Heights neighborhood. 07/22/14
Carey Avenue travels west from the North Las Vegas business district to become Smoke Ranch Road into Las Vegas from Rancho Drive. Smoke Ranch Road continues the arterial west to the Las Vegas Technology Center and the Desert Shores master planned community. 07/22/14
Continuing northwest, Rancho Drive (SR 599) runs along the west side of North Las Vegas Airport (VGT). Airport Drive links the six lane arterial to the terminal. 07/22/14
Decatur Boulevard heads north from Enterprise and Spring Valley southwest of Las Vegas to enter the city at Sahara Avenue (SR 589). The arterial continues north to Las Vegas Golf Club and SR 599 (Rancho Drive) by North Las Vegas Airport. 07/22/14
The northern section of Decatur Boulevard separates Las Vegas and North Las Vegas from Rancho Drive (SR 599). The arterial provides a cutoff to nearby Cheyenne Avenue (SR 574) east . 07/22/14
Unmarked from Rancho Drive, SR 574 lines Cheyenne Avenue west to U.S. 95 at Exit 83 and east to SR 661 (Nellis Boulevard) in Sunrise Manor. 07/22/14

Gowen Road and Rancho Drive converge at the subsequent traffic light by Rancho Business Park. 07/22/14
Jones Boulevard extends north from Carey Avenue and the north end of SR 596 as a city maintained arterial to SR 599 (Rancho Drive) and Alexander Road east. Alexander Road east to Decatur Boulevard was not built until 2001. 07/22/14
Alexander Road resumes west from Rancho Drive opposite the northern segment of Jones Boulevard. Both arterials serve residential areas beyond the SR 599 corridor. 07/22/14
The next major intersection along Rancho Road north is with Craig Road. Although not acknowledged along SR 599, Craig Road is SR 573 west to U.S. 95 (Exit 85) and east to Decatur Boulevard. 07/22/14
Lone Mountain Road travels across northwest Las Vegas west from Los Prados golf course community to Tenaya Way and again north of Lone Mountain (el. 3,342 feet). 07/22/14
Rainbow Boulevard stems north from Rancho Drive opposite the entrance to Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino. The southern section of the boulevard parallels U.S. 95 (Las Vegas Expressway) to Summerlin Parkway. 07/22/14
SR 599 enters a wye interchange with U.S. 95 (Oran K. Gragson Freeway) after Rainbow Boulevard and officially ends. 07/22/14
Ramps from SR 599 partition to both the U.S. 95 freeway mainline and a distributor roadway (Exit 90B) to Ann Road. 07/22/14
U.S. 95 leads northwest from the merge with U.S. 95 Business as an eight lane freeway to the Centennial Bowl interchange with Clark County 215 (Bruce Woodbury Beltway). 07/22/14
Traffic tapers to one lane beyond a set of ramp meters at the north end of SR 599. U.S. 95 meets CC-215 in 1.1 miles and SR 157 (Kyle Canyon Road) near the north end of Las Vegas in 5.8 miles. 07/22/14
