Following Tampa Road, Pinellas County Road 752 constitutes a four lane boulevard from U.S. 19 Alternate in Palm Harbor east to SR 584 at Oldsmar. Pentagons for CR 752 are posted along Tampa Road east from U.S. 19 Alternate (Palm Harbor Road). The western extent of the 5.47 mile long route to Orange Street (CR 377) at Ozona is unmarked.
