Photos taken from our travels across the United States. Albums cover a variety of highway imagery including signs, bridges, interchanges, traffic control devices and other infrastructure. Archived albums cover photos taken during the early years of the site, or photos showing stretches of highway before widening or major reconstruction, or an old alignment.

Sign changes made in 2009 at Exit 12B dropped the Toll Road placard for I-70, reflecting the toll free status of the Kansas Turnpike west to Bonner Springs, and removed U.S. 24 & 40 for the adjacent State Avenue off-ramp (Exit 13A). 10/17/04

U.S. 24 & 40 formerly followed State Avenue east through Victory Hills in Kansas City to the Turner Diagonal freeway. State Avenue is now a locally controlled arterial east from Interstate 435. 10/17/04

The relocation of U.S. 24 & 40 from State Avenue west of Exit 13B in 2008 coincided with the truncation of U.S. 73 west to Interstate 70 at Exit 224. 10/17/04
