Two lanes branch away from the Interstate 270 westbound mainline for U.S. 67 (Lindbergh Boulevard). U.S. 67 follows Lindbergh Boulevard south from Hazelwood and Exit 25 to Bridgeton, Kirkwood and Mehlville with U.S. 50 and U.S. 61. 05/04/12
Exit 25B leaves Interstate 270 west for U.S. 67 north. Drivers taking this ramp first intersect Taylor Road before joining the commercial arterial east into Florissant. U.S. 67 takes Lindbergh Boulevard another 8.2 miles east to Missouri 367, where the route turns north to Alton, Illinois. 05/04/12
Southbound U.S. 67 continues from Exit 25A through Hazelwood to the Lindbergh Tunnel underneath the third runway of St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). 2.1 miles of the divided highway was realigned between 2002 and September 27, 2004 to accommodate the Phase 1 expansion of STL Airport. Included was the $50 million tunnel, which is the first highway tunnel for the state of Missouri.1 05/04/12

Exit 23 is a diamond interchange joining I-270 with McDonnell Boulevard in one half mile. The arterial becomes Howdershell Road northeast through the residential north side of Hazelwood to become Shackleford Road through Florissant. 10/16/04
Southeast from Exit 23, McDonnell Boulevard heads southeast and encircles St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) to Brown Road at Berkeley. The road between U.S. 67 (Lindbergh Boulevard) and Brown Road was a part of Highway TT at one point. 10/16/04
Missouri 370 begins in 0.75 miles at directional T interchange (Exit 22B) that overlays a half diamond interchange with Missouri Bottom Road (Exit 22A from I-270 north). 10/16/04
Traveling 13 miles in length, Missouri 370 provides a direct route to Interstate 70 at St. Peters for through traffic bypassing St. Louis from Illinois or motorists joining I-270 from I-170 north. 10/16/04
Missouri 370 splits from Interstate 270 west, two miles north of Interstate 70 (Exits 20A/B). Missouri 370 doubles as a commuter route for the St. Charles County cities of St. Charles and St. Peters. The freeway carries six lanes overall. 10/16/04

Interstate 270 South
Interstate 270 travels by former subdivisions both west and east of the freeway on the 0.75 mile approach to Exit 20C with Route 180. The residential areas were bought out and demolished due to the construction of the new runway at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).
The turbine interchange (Exits 20B/A) with Interstate 70 is one mile away. 04/13/13
Passing under Woodford Way, motorists bound for Missouri 180 (St. Charles Rock Road) prepare to depart Interstate 270 south for Exit 20C. Missouri 180 stretches 9.97 miles southeast from the diamond interchange with I-270 to the St. Louis city line at Wellston. Ramps to Interstate 70 immediately follow. 04/13/13

St. Charles Rock Road leads north from Interstate 270 as a locally maintained road to the Earth City Levee District. The 1,891-acre district is home to four large commercial areas: Earth City Business Park, Corporate Exchange Business Park, Corporate Woods Business Park and Rock and Northwest Industrial Park.
Historically Missouri 115 followed St. Charles Rock Road west to the old Mississippi River Bridge into Downtown St. Charles. That span was closed in 1992, with MO 115 truncated southeast to Kinloch. 04/13/13
Two lanes peel away from the southbound mainline of I-270 for Interstate 70 west to Columbia and Kansas City and I-70 east to STL Airport and St. Louis. 04/13/13
Exits 20B/A pass over St. Charles Rock Road and line the southbound lanes to a flyover joining I-70 east back into Bridgeton. Interstate 70 west bounds the south side of Earth City Levee District to the Blanchette Bridge into St. Charles County. 04/13/13
A set of overheads direct motorists from Exit 20C onto Missouri 180 east to Natural Bridge Road (Highway B) and St. Charles Rock Road north to adjacent Pennridge Drive. Missouri 180 north was later designated Highway A before being relinquished from state control. 10/16/04
Drivers headed to Interstate 70 pass over the on-ramp from MO 180 before partitioning. Interstate 70 through St. Louis County is one of the first stretches of Interstate highway added to the system. Known also as the Mark Twain Expressway, I-70 was built to replace U.S. 40 Bypass west from Lindbergh Boulevard and U.S. 40 Alternate east into St. Louis. 04/13/13
